  • Nope! This challenge is open to everyone. For the month, you'll get full access to the academy including the Facebook group, group coaching call, and resource library — all for $67, or free if we accept your insurance. Access runs April 12th through May 9th.

  • Perfect. The challenge is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're walking 15 minutes a day or already hitting the gym, every form of movement counts toward your points.

  • You earn points daily for hitting your fiber goal (20g = 1pt, 25g+ = 2pts), completing intentional movement (1pt), posting your daily check-in (1pt), and engaging with education drops twice a week (1pt each). A weekly leaderboard is posted every Sunday — and we celebrate consistency just as much as the top scores.

  • After you submit your information, we'll verify your benefits and let you know before you're charged anything. It's completely risk-free to check.
