You earn points daily for hitting your fiber goal (20g = 1pt, 25g+ = 2pts), completing intentional movement (1pt), posting your daily check-in (1pt), and engaging with education drops twice a week (1pt each). A weekly leaderboard is posted every Sunday — and we celebrate consistency just as much as the top scores.
