  • Oh most definitely! I am all about high accountability. One of the most important things about making changes is community. Our private Facebook group will be like our virtual hangout. Everyone will be posting pictures of their meals and drinks, as well as workout check-in pictures. In the Facebook group, we encourage each other to continue to show up and move forward. Being engaged in the group is part of the accountability piece. When you have a group of ladies working toward a similar goal, it helps you stay accountable to your goals.

  • I’m a firm believer that lasting change comes from learning how to make confident food choices—not following cookie-cutter plans that tell you what to eat. In the Nourished Mindset Academy, I teach you how to build your own balanced meals using simple tools, templates, and examples. You’ll also get sample meal plans for inspiration and feedback on your meals in real-time through our Facebook group.

    If you’re looking for a one-size-fits-all meal plan, this program probably isn’t the right fit—but if you’re ready to learn how to eat for life, you’ll feel right at home here.

Most women in the Nourished Mindset Academy experience noticeable progress—often a 5–15 pound loss in the first 12 weeks—along with stronger habits, better energy, and more confidence in their food choices.

  • Whew chile, yes! Listen—I’m a busy woman too. Between running a business, working full-time, and juggling life’s responsibilities, I know how important simplicity is for success. The Academy is designed with busy women in mind, giving you realistic routines, mindset strategies, and easy recipe ideas that fit your schedule. Just remember: your transformation has to be a long-term priority, even in the busyness.

  • The Nourished Mindset Academy is a month-to-month program with a minimum three-month commitment to ensure you have time to see real progress. You can cancel or downgrade your plan anytime after that commitment period. Because the program includes immediate access to resources, coaching, and support, refunds are not offered.

  • Absolutely! Many of the core principles in the Nourished Mindset Academy—like building balanced meals, managing stress, improving sleep, and developing a healthy relationship with food—are just as important after weight loss surgery. The main difference is portion size and your individualized nutrient needs. Every member receives personalized macro guidance to fit their goals, so you can confidently apply what you learn in a way that supports your post-op journey. I’ve worked with several bariatric clients who’ve thrived in this program!
